The “Reel Chill” Sport Fishing Vessel
The “Reel Chill” is a luxurious 52 foot Hatteras convertible sportfishing boat, which was originally built in 1984 and restored in 2019. It is powered by two 700 HP Volvos.
The Reel Chill includes:
- One bedroom
- Two bathrooms & showers
- Leather couches
- A 46″ satellite television
- Air conditioning
- Full Kitchen with an ice maker
- SEAKEEPER Stabilizer to nearly eliminate boat motion and seasickness
It also has a GPS, radar, VHF radio for communication with the USCG and fishfinder to locate the best fishing spots full of fish waiting to bite.

The Reel Chill sports an air-conditioned galley complete with comfortable leather couches – to make you feel at home out of the Gulf.
The kitchen galley has a full size refrigerator and is available to store your snacks and cook your meals. We are ready to give you a Reel Chill on the Gulf of Mexico!
We Prioritize Everyone’s Safety
You’ll have a peace, aboard the Reel Chill knowing she comes with all necessary safety equipment including life jackets, EPIRB, flares, a life raft, fire extinguishers and a CPR-trained crew.

We booked three charters, during two separate trips to Destin. Captain Troy, Suzanne and Marcus are amazing & absolutely wonderful people in my opinion.
The boat has great accommodations, it’s roomy, comfortable & super clean. Captain Troy & Suzanne and Marcus are so knowledgeable & personable …totally awesome group! Marcus has the patience of a saint …. trust me, he fixed my reel more than once on my first day out…. gave me a bucket and a blanket on my second , when the sea didn’t agree & then the third time was a charm. Btw , we were traveling with a 6 yr old & she loved every minute of the day & considers all her bff’s. The fishing was great , we killed it!
